Gift Disclosure Report
Sworn Ethics Complaint Form [§8.04]
Any person who believes that there has been a violation of the ethics laws may file a sworn complaint with the Office of the City Attorney's Office.
Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statement

Disclosure of Benefits [§4.02]
If a person who requests official action on a matter knows the action will confer an economic benefit on any city official or employee, he or she must disclose that fact unless the interest of the city official or employee in the matter is apparent.
