City Council Agendas and Minutes
The official agenda is posted at City Hall in accordance with state law. This copy is for general information only. In the event of a conflict between this copy and the posted agenda, the posted agenda shall prevail. City Council meeting comments will be limited to three (3) minutes and shall be considered public hearing testimony to any public hearings on the agenda. The recording of a public meeting subject to the Open Meetings Act is public information under the Texas Public Information Act.
Regular Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.
Public Comments
Witness cards must be submitted to the City Secretary, or designee, no later than (15) minutes before the scheduled begin time of a City Council meeting. For special meetings, Witness Cards must be submitted no later than fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled begin time of the meeting. Each speaker is allotted a maximum of 3 minutes. Speakers may not pass their minutes to any other speaker. All comments shall be relevant to city business. By signature, the Witness affirms that his or her statements made to the Laredo City Council during the Public Comment and/or Public Hearing sessions are under oath with penalty of perjury.

This meeting is wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrances are located at 1110 Victoria and 900 Flores. Accessible parking spaces are located at City Hall, 1110 Victoria. Hearing aids will be available soon.
