The goal of the City of Laredo Outdoor Spaces, Façade, and Storefront Improvements Grant Program is to assist small businesses and entrepreneurs to finance upgrades, restorations, and improvements to improve the overall image of storefront and facades of commercial and retail properties in an effort to revitalize and strengthen the business community and encourage private investment in Laredo. The program awards are available as a grant equal to up to 75% of the total project costs. The City of Laredo has allocated up to $300,000 of American Rescue Plan Act funds towards this Program, including its administration.
