PROJECT EXCELLENCE

“Project Excellence” has three critical components with the one sole purpose of celebrating, recognizing and honoring all of the City of Laredo Employees. The components include the following:

City of Laredo Employee Years of Service Recognition
City of Laredo Public Service Recognition Week

It is the Human Resources Department’s goal to recognize all 3000 City of Laredo employees through any and/or all of these components during the 24-25 Fiscal Year.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

YEARS OF SERVICE RECOGNITION

As part of “Project Excellence”, a program developed in partnership with the City Managers’ Office and the Human Resources Department, there were 239 employees who celebrated their years of service anniversary with the City of Laredo during the month of October.

We are proud to recognize and honor the following four (4) very deserving employees that celebrated a “milestone” anniversary of continuous years of service with the City of Laredo during the month of October.

Cynthia G. Vasquez - Police Dept. - 38 years of service on October 22nd
Miguel Ramirez - Engineering Dept. - 31 years of service on October 5th
Victor Vasquez Jr. - Public Works Dept. - 31 years of service on October 11
Iran Sanchez - Bridge Dept. - 30 years of service on October 17th
