I. Welcome and call meeting to order.

II. Roll Call

III. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Approval of Minutes of the Board Meeting held on December
21, 2023.

IV. Citizen Comments
Citizens are required to fill out a witness card no later than 12:15 p.m. Comments are limited to three (3)
minutes per speaker. No more than three (3) persons will be allowed to speak on any side of an issue.
Speakers may not pass their minutes to any other speaker. Comments should be relevant to
City business and delivered in a professional manner. No derogatory remarks will be permitted.

V. Presentation, Discussion and Possible Approval on contracting a firm to conduct an appraisal of the
Hamilton Property located at 815 Salinas Ave. Laredo, Texas; and any other matters incident thereto.

VI. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Approval of transferring the title of the Hamilton Property
located at 815 Salinas Ave. Laredo, Texas from the Laredo Housing Finance Corporation to the City
of Laredo; and any other matters incident thereto.

VII. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Approval of transferring the title to all funds and obligations
owned by the Laredo Housing Finance Corporation to the City of Laredo; and any other matters
incident thereto.

VIII. Presentation, Discussion, and Possible Approval of dissolving the Laredo Housing Finance
Corporation; and any other matters incident thereto.

IX. Request for Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072 related to the transfer of
property regarding the Hamilton Property located at 815 Salinas Ave. Laredo, Texas from the Laredo
Housing Finance Corporation to the City of Laredo; and any other matters incident thereto.

X. Adjournment

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board hereby reserves the right to go into executive session at any time during this public meeting pursuant to section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, or if such is requested by legal counsel pursuant to his or her duty under Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, to consult privately with his or her client on an item on the agenda, or on a matter arising out of such item. This public notice of intent to meet is posted at the City of Laredo Municipal Offices at 1110 Houston Street, Laredo, Texas in a place that is easily and readily accessible to the public at all times.
