The City of Laredo Port of Entry Advisory Committee will convene in regular session open to the public beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at City Hall Council Chambers, 1110 Houston Street in Laredo, Texas, to consider the following:

4. Public/Citizen Comments

    

   Citizens are required to fill out a witness card and submit it to the Chairperson no later than 10:00 a.m. on meeting day.  Comments should be relevant to City business and delivered in a professional manner. No derogatory remarks shall be permitted.

            

5. Approval of minutes

    

   1. Approval of the minutes of November 14, 2023.

       

6. Items for discussion

    

   1. Discussion with Coronel Fuentes, Titular de la Aduana de Colombia, Nuevo Leon, to request future plans for the Port of Colombia regarding the expansion of the bridge, and any other matters incident thereto.

       

   2. Update regarding the expansion of Colombia Bridge, and any other matters incident thereto.

       

   3. Update regarding the World Trade Bridge Hazardous Material project, and any other matters incident thereto.

       

   4. Bridge staff report.
