NOTICE OF MEETING
TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LAREDO DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday 12,
December, 2023, at City Hall, First Floor Conference Room #1, 1110 Houston Street, Laredo, Tx, 78040
located at, inside the boundaries of the District, open to the public, to consider, discuss and adopt such
items, resolutions, and motions, and take other direct or indirect actions as may be necessary, with
respect to the following matters.
AGENDA
1. Determine Quorum, Call to Order.
2. Approve minutes of the prior meeting.
3. Citizens Comments:
Citizens are required to sign in no later than 15 minutes before the meeting commences and
identify themselves at the meeting before speaking. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes
per speaker. No more than three (3) persons will be allowed to speak on any side of an issue.
Should there be more than three (3) people who wish to speak on a particular issue, they need to
select not more than three (3) representatives to speak for them and the presiding officer may
limit the public comments further in the interest of an orderly meeting. Speakers may not pass
their minutes to any other speaker. Comments should be relevant to Advisory Committee
business and delivered in a professional manner. No derogatory remarks will be permitted.
4. Introduction of any newly appointed Business Improvement District Board members.
5. Discussion on any downtown related effort or activity of Board Members’ interest or concern.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2024 Business Improvement District Board
meeting schedule.
7. Announcements.
Adjourn.

place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all times. Said notice was posted on December 7,
