Written notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Downtown Business Improvement District Board of Directors Meeting, to be held on Thursday, January 11^th, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.at City Hall, Conference Room Number 1, First Floor, located at 1110 Houston Street, inside the boundaries of the District.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 2023.

   1. Discussion with possible action on the election of officers, including Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.

       

   2. Discussion with possible action on the creation of a Planning Subcommittee to develop a 5-year plan for BID, including consideration of collection of assessments.

       

       

   3. Discussion with possible action regarding making a formal request of the City of Laredo and Webb County for seed funding to support activation of the BID.

       

   4. Discussion with possible action regarding support of the Downtown Summit scheduled for early March 2024.
